Grilling, BBQ, and Smoking

I use charcoal grills exclusively. I burn Kingsford briquettes, natural lump charcoal, and wood chunks, depending on what I'm cooking and/or how I'm cooking it.

I have 4 Weber grills - 2 22" One Touch, 1 18" One Touch, and a Smokie Joe for small meals. It isn't unusual for me to have 2 grills going at once - one for burgers for the kids, and one for whatever I'm making for the adults.

For serious smoking or long cooking, I also have a New Braunfels Black Diamond Smoker. I can do 3 full sized turkeys easily and could probably do 5 if I packed them in there.
